Dusty Israel has a diverse work experience in the finance and construction industries. From 2007 to 2009, Dusty worked as a Project Engineer at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. Following this, from 2009 to 2014, Dusty held various roles at Procter & Gamble, including Financial Analyst and Global Facilities Engineer. Since 2014, Dusty has been employed at Pedcor Investments, LLC, where they first served as Assistant Vice President - Finance and later as Vice President Finance. In this position, Dusty is responsible for real estate development finance, corporate and property financial oversight, asset/portfolio management, mortgage backed security valuations, and various analytical activities involving Pedcor and its affiliated lines of businesses.
Dusty Israel received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Later, from 2011 to 2014, Dusty pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Xavier University, specializing in Finance, General.
