Eda Varol Gineli

Eda Varol Gineli is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Senior Specialist at Pegasus Airlines since September 2018, Eda has progressed from the role of Learning and Development Specialist. Previously, Eda worked as a Learning and Development Assistant Specialist at Allianz Türkiye from August 2017 to July 2018 and gained early experience as a Human Resources Intern at KoçSistem in late 2014. Eda holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Behavior from Marmara University, completing studies in June 2023, and is pursuing another Master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations at Istanbul University, where Eda also earned a Bachelor's degree in the same field in 2014.
