Katherine Kerbrat is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at Pegasystems since May 2017. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and People Business Partner, Katherine supports the SVP and Chief Technical Systems Officer along with the executive leadership team, catering to a workforce of over 850 employees. Previous roles at Pegasystems include Manager of People Business Partner, supporting both the executive leadership and the Product Engineering organization, as well as senior HR generalist and various people operations coordinator positions, where significant contributions included designing a sales hiring and attrition dashboard and managing onboarding for over 500 new hires.
