Meg Nigro

Meg Nigro has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management at PENN Entertainment, Inc. since June 2019, following several progressive roles including Director of Talent Management, Director of Talent Development, and Director of Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, Meg was Executive Director of Human Resources for Corporate Entities at MGM Resorts International from May 2018 to May 2019. Meg's earlier career includes significant contributions to the Clark County School District, where roles included Deputy Human Resources Officer (Acting) & Executive Director, Director II of Employee Onboarding & Development, and Director II of Recruitment & Diversity, spanning from July 2007 to May 2018. Meg holds a Master's degree in Leadership from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
