Rachel Pell

Rachel Pell has extensive experience in leadership and management within the communications industry. Currently serving as a Member at Chief since April 2024, Rachel Pell has been with Penn State University since June 2016, holding positions including Vice President, Interim Vice President, and Associate Vice President. Prior to this, Rachel Pell worked at Ketchum from April 2004 to May 2016 as a Senior Vice President/Group Manager and at Weber Shandwick from 2000 to 2004 as an Account Supervisor. Rachel Pell earned a degree from Penn State University between 1996 and 2000.
