Victor Buonamia serves as the CEO of People, Technology and Processes LLC since April 2011, leveraging over 30 years of program management, operational, and technical experience in Information and Knowledge Management within both large and small companies, particularly in support of the Department of Defense and Homeland Security. Previously, Victor held the roles of Program Manager and Senior System Integrator at the U.S. Army and Department of Defense from 2002 to 2010, where responsibilities included integrating C4ISR systems and collaborating with various program managers. Victor holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from the University of Maryland.
