Mykola Mykhaylov has a diverse work experience spanning from 1995 to 2022. Mykola started their career as the President of AIESEC in Ukraine in 1995 and held this role until 1997. Mykola then worked as a Project Manager at InnoSpace from August 2000 to April 2001. Mykola joined eMICT as a Business Development Director in July 2001 and worked there until April 2005. From December 2005 to June 2007, they served as the CEO of Laboratory 8. Mykola then held the position of Managing Director at eRecruiter from February 2015 to February 2017. In 2007, they became the CEO of rabota.ua and remained in this position until January 2021. From January 2014 to December 2020, they were a Member of the Management Board and an Advisor to the Board at Grupa Pracuj. Mykola joined Pracuj Ventures as an Investment Director in February 2021. Currently, Mykola holds the role of Chief Growth Officer at PeopleForce - All-in-One HRM Software since August 2022.

Mykola Mykhaylov attended the Donetsk National University from 1992 to 1997, where they studied Management. In 2010, they also completed the Swedish Institute Management Program, specializing in Management and Sustainable Leadership.
