Previously, Dave held significant roles in proposition management at Aegon and Legal & General, driving strategic enhancements across various financial products and platforms. With a foundation in market research and investment marketing from earlier positions, Dave brings extensive experience in product development and market analysis, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
