Stephanie Shields has extensive experience in customer service management and quality assurance, currently serving as Customer Service Manager at People's Partnership since October 2017. Prior roles within the organization include Team Leader, Controls and Assurance Specialist, and Senior Team Leader in Controls & Assurance. Previously, Stephanie worked at OneFamily from June 2014 to October 2017 as a Business Assurer and a Quality Assurance professional, focusing on risk reduction, governance compliance, and quality monitoring. Stephanie holds a BA in Applied Psychology and Criminology from the University of Brighton and has completed qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute and The Knowledge Academy in Lean Six Sigma.
