Daniel Wert serves as the CEO of Wert&Co., a premier search firm within the design community, committed to fostering global businesses with creative leadership since April 2021. Additionally, Daniel has been an advisor at Anchorage Digital since October 2017, contributing to a crypto platform designed for institutional engagement in digital assets. Daniel's background includes leadership roles at Docker, Inc., Google, and Riviera Partners, with experience in creative and technical recruiting. A founder of non-technical staff at Anchorage Digital, Daniel was also the first hire for the company. Prior to these significant positions, Daniel took a sabbatical to travel extensively across Europe, Northern Africa, and Northern California, and has a diverse history in business development and marketing with companies like Apple and Duck Down Music Inc. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder and has studied at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
