Lynne Oldham is currently an advisor at PeopleTech Partners, and has previously held positions at Stash, Gympass, Volition Capital, and Zoom Video Communications.
Lynne was recruited as the Global Chief People Officer for Televerde in January 2017, where they were responsible for developing comprehensive strategies in People & Leadership Development, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Employee Communications.
Under Lynne’s leadership, Televerde underwent a strategic planning process that improved organizational structure and business performance, increased revenue, and affected positive cultural change across the company. New compensation philosophy, tech-enabled recognition/feedback platform, employee communication portal, and Human Resource Information System/HRIS were introduced that energized employee engagement and improved satisfaction scores.
Lynne Oldham has a Doctor of Law from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from SUNY New Paltz. Lynne also has certification from the NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) in NACD Directorship Certification and is currently working on a Certificate in Human Capital and Effective Organizations from the University of Southern California.
