Mindy H. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, serving as the Founder and Fractional People Leader & Advisor at Agile in HR since December 2021. In their role as VP of Customer Strategy and Operations at MeBeBot, Mindy contributes to transforming employee experiences through AI-driven solutions. Additionally, Mindy is a public speaker and author with a focus on Agile methodologies, human-centered design, and digital transformation. Mindy also holds advisory and board positions at several organizations, including Love Justice International, PeopleTech Partners, and Sendoso, while being an HR Advisor at GLG. Mindy previously held the role of Interim Head of People Ops at Care.com and currently leads community initiatives at Progressive HR. Mindy earned an MBA from Western Governors University and a BA in Social Welfare from the University of Washington.
