Kafui Adom

Kafui Adom, Ph.D., is a Principal Scientist at PepsiCo, leading the North American Coffee Partnership with Starbucks since September 2019. Previously, Kafui held the position of Senior Scientist in Product Development for Sports and Active Nutrition at The Nature's Bounty Co. from February 2018 to March 2019. Kafui's tenure at General Mills spanned from 2006 to 2018, with roles including Associate Principal Scientist in the Meals Division and Senior Scientist II in the Cereal Division. Kafui's earlier career included graduate teaching and research assistant positions across multiple graduate programs from 1993 to 2005. Kafui holds a Ph.D. in Food Science from Cornell University, a Master's degree in Analytical/Environmental Chemistry from Wright State University, and a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Science and Technology in Ghana.
