Vincent Vloemans has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vincent started their career at Deloitte in 2000, where they held various international roles, including management consultant. During their time at Deloitte, they worked on projects related to strategy, change management, CRM, procurement, supply chain management, and IT for companies such as Sara Lee International, Whirlpool Europe, FLS Industries, Euronics International, Arcelik, ABN AMRO, and Pfizer.
In 2006, Vincent joined Sara Lee as the Program Manager for EMEA before taking on the role of Director in the Programme Management Office (PMO) in 2007. Vincent was then promoted to Global Director of Information Management in 2008.
In 2010, Vincent moved to Heineken, where they served as the Group Business Process & Technology Manager until 2019. Finally, they joined Perfetti Van Melle in 2019 as the Global CIO.
Vincent Vloemans attended the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration. Employing over 17.000 people and operating 37 companies throughout the world, Perfetti Van Melle has a true global reach: it is present in the Asia Pacific Region, Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Americas. The industrial adventure of Perfetti Van Melle began many years ago, but it was in March 2001 that the current Group was set up through the merger of Perfetti Spa and Van Melle N.V. In July 2006 the Group acquired the Spanish company Chupa Chups S.A., famous all over the world for its lollypops.
