Bill Burns

Bill Burns is an experienced professional in software engineering and web development. As the Owner of Cyberdog Web Services since 2006, Bill has been instrumental in helping small businesses establish their online presence and facilitate growth through web development. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at Perforce Software, Bill leads a team focused on developing advanced HPC C/C++/Fortran debugging tools, employing agile methodologies while aligning product direction with technology trends and customer needs. Previous roles have included Developer at The MathWorks, Team Lead and Principal Engineer at Punchbowl Software, Director of Product Development at TotalView Technologies, and various senior software engineering positions at other companies. Bill holds an MS in Computer Science from Boston University and a BS in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire.
