Matt Mello is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as the Director of Investments at Perform Properties since January 2025. Mello previously held the position of Senior Associate in Investments at EQ Office, now known as Perform Properties, from August 2021 to January 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Analyst and Analyst in Capital Markets at Newmark between September 2018 and August 2021, as well as internship positions at Raines Feldman LLP, VB/Research, and A10 Capital. Mello holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Political Science from Villanova University and is currently pursuing further education at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) since 2016.
