Elisabeth Ertaş

Elisabeth (Brownstein) Ertaş is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and instructional design. As an Engagement Manager and Project Manager Consultant at Performance Development Group since August 2021, Elisabeth has demonstrated leadership capabilities. With a strong entrepreneurial background, Elisabeth co-founded EKB Ink in 2007, transitioning the business into a partnership in 2015 to enhance service offerings. Elisabeth has held various project management roles, including a recent position at Oxygen Exp, where responsibilities included managing marketing initiatives for Microsoft. Prior experience includes managing global project teams for Accenture Academy, leading instructional design efforts for Cisco Systems, and overseeing custom e-learning development at Element K. Elisabeth holds a B.S. in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
