Ernest Kremling

Ernest Kremling has extensive work experience in the chemical industry. Ernest currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Perimeter Solutions, a global company in the Fire Safety and Oil Additives businesses. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Production, Technology, Safety, and Environment at LANXESS, a specialty chemical company.

Before joining LANXESS, Kremling worked at KMG, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Vice President and Global Business Manager for the Performance Materials Business Segment. Ernest also served as the Vice President of Operations, overseeing the global End-to-End Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions.

Earlier in their career, Kremling worked at The Dow Chemical Company in various leadership positions. Their roles included Site Leader of Dow Houston Operations and Plant Manager for various manufacturing plants. Ernest also served as the Global Technology Leader/Six Sigma Champion for the Polyethylene Business, where they were responsible for people development, plant performance improvement, and the identification of Six Sigma projects.

Ernest Kremling obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on Chemistry from Hendrix College, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. In 2009, they pursued further education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, specializing in Finance for Executives. Additionally, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2014 onwards, focusing on Business Marketing Strategy.
