Laura Byrd

Laura Byrd, PHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Human Resources Manager (HRBP) and Senior Associate at Perkins&Will and Pierre-Yves Rochon since 2016 and 2022, respectively. With extensive experience in strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development, Laura has successfully implemented firm-wide policies and initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. Prior to current roles, Laura held various HR positions at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, and other companies, where key contributions included managing performance management programs and developing onboarding processes. Laura holds a BA in Comparative Studies from The Ohio State University.
