Scott Schmidt

Scott Schmidt has extensive experience in the synthetic materials industry, currently serving as a Senior Leadership Team Member and VP of Customer Care at US Synthetic since August 1997. In this role, Scott leads support teams focused on raw material supply, quality, IT, and customer service. Scott has held various positions within US Synthetic, including VP of Sales and Engineering, VP of Engineering, Production Manager, Product Manager, and Customer In-House Engineer. Prior to US Synthetic, Scott was an executive at Tronco Energy from June 2008 to January 2009. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah and a Master of Business Administration from Westminster University.
