Saurabh Dwivedi

Saurabh Dwivedi is Head of Corporate Development & Investor Relations and also leads Business Finance for Industry Segments. He has over 16 years of experience across investment banking, corporate M&A, fund-raising, investor relations, business finance and other operational roles.

Saurabh joined Persistent in 2015 and since then has been instrumental in all M&A and strategic investment initiatives for Persistent, helping onboard differentiated capabilities and talent through the inorganic route. He has successfully steered the Investor Relations function during challenging times and has been instrumental in enabling Persistent stock performance. He has also been leading and contributing to critical business finance initiatives including large deal execution, contract restructuring, ESOP plan and margin improvement initiatives.

Prior to Persistent, Saurabh has handled critical roles across Tata Group companies as well as Dutch Bank Rabo’s Indian operations.

He is a graduate from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and National Institute of Technology, Bhopal. Saurabh has also completed all 3 levels of the CFA certification and is passionate about investing.
