Llevamos una larga trayectoria y suficiente conocimiento del negocio de telefonía móvil heredado de compañías renombradas mundialmente como Telecom Italia y Telecom Argentina. Nuestra empresa, Núcleo S.A., está conformada en 32.5% por ABC Comunicaciones (grupo paraguayo) y en 67.5% por Telecom Personal, grupo Telecom, conformado por W de Argentina – Inversiones S.L. y TIM (Telecom Italia Mobile) del grupo Telecom Italia.
