Andrew Deren has extensive work experience in the e-commerce industry. Andrew started their career in 1999 as a Sr. Software Engineer and Systems Architect at PersonalizationMall.com. Andrew then progressed to become the Executive Vice President of Technology before taking on the roles of COO/CTO and ultimately President when the company was acquired by 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. in August 2020. In addition, Andrew has also held positions at PersonalizationMall.com subsidiary of Bed Bath & Beyond, where they served as both COO and CIO from November 2016 until August 2020.
Andrew Deren completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Andrew then pursued a Master of Science in Software Engineering at DePaul University from 2001 to 2004.
