Kyle Melton

Kyle Melton is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in strategic finance, budgeting, and financial analysis. Currently serving as Strategic Finance Director at Perstorp Group since December 2019, Kyle has played a key role in supporting the Animal Nutrition business area, overseeing strategic growth initiatives, and leading performance evaluations with executive leadership. Prior to this, Kyle worked at EY, managing SAP budget transitions and leading fixed cost control projects, as well as providing tax consulting services. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Delta Air Lines, where Kyle developed and managed substantial budgets, conducted in-depth financial analyses, and improved forecasting systems. Kyle holds a Master of Science in Finance and Accounting from Lund University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Corporate Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business.
