Mymy Lu

MyMy Lu is an accomplished professional in the field of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, currently serving as the Director at Petco since July 2024. Prior to this role, MyMy was the Director of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where responsibilities included managing a team of 10 global ERG leaders and overseeing a network of over 250 ERGs and D&I councils. MyMy has also held positions such as Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Sempra and Public Affairs Manager & Diversity Council Lead at Cox Communications, where strategic diversity programs were designed and implemented. Additionally, MyMy served as the Director of Programs & Operations for the San Diego Chapter of the Organization of Women in International Trade. An alumnus of UCLA, MyMy earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Chinese Studies, with a Minor in Cognitive Science and a specialization in Computing.
