Haresh Sharma has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering field. Haresh started their career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at TATA Power in 1988. Following that, they worked at Toyo Engineering India Limited as a Lead Instrument Engineer from 1989 to 1996.
In 1996, Haresh joined Petrofac and held various positions over the years. Haresh started as a Lead Instrument Engineer and then became the Head of Department-Instrumentation from 2007 to 2011. Later, they served as the Director of Engineering (Proposals) from 2012 to 2015. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Vice President - Technical Services, and they were recently promoted to Senior Vice President - Technical Services in 2020.
