Azneil Abdul Malik

Azneil Abdul Malik serves as Project Director at PETRONAS since February 2023, overseeing the delivery of the company's first nearshore LNG floater. Previously, from January 2008 to December 2022, Azneil held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Head LNG for PETRONAS Canada LNG Ltd, where responsibilities included executing the LNG strategy in Canada and acting as the LNG Canada shareholder representative. Azneil's earlier roles at PETRONAS encompassed senior management in project cost control, project control management, strategic technical support, and turnaround management, highlighting extensive experience in capital project delivery and operational excellence across various sectors within the company. Azneil holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Manchester.
