Ariel Ritchie has a diverse range of work experience dating back to 2012. Ariel started their career as a Financial Representative Intern at First Investor in 2012. In 2013, they interned as a Benefits Administration Intern at Aon Hewitt. Then, they joined Comerica Bank in 2014 where they participated in their Relationship Manager Training Program and worked as a Senior Credit Analyst until 2016. Following that, they worked at Mutual of Omaha Bank as a Senior Credit Analyst from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Fannie Mae as a Multifamily Credit Risk Analyst II. Currently, they are employed at Petros PACE Finance, where they initially served as an Assistant Vice President - Underwriting from October 2019 to December 2022. Recently, they have been promoted to the role of Vice President of Underwriting starting in January 2023.
Ariel Ritchie completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013.
