Andre Coji

Mr. Coji holds a bachelor´s degree in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and a law degree from Faculdade de São Francisco. With more than twenty years of experience in finance and administration, he acted as a private bank and family office director, as a board member at Via Varejo S.A., and as the CFO at Tecnisa S.A. for ten years. Currently, he is part of the board of directors and independent committee at Smiles Fidelidades S.A. and a supervisory board member at Tecnisa S.A., Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN), Via Varejo S.A. and B3. He also exercises his role as director of the Brazilian Israeli Foundation. Mr. Coji does not hold positions in other third-sector companies or organizations.
