Cynthia J. (CJ) Musante is a highly experienced professional in the field of scientific research, currently serving as Vice President of Scientific Research at Pfizer since September 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing Translational Clinical Sciences and various aspects of Pharmacology. Musante has held multiple leadership roles at Pfizer, including Senior Research Fellow and Head of Quantitative Systems Pharmacology, and has contributed significantly to early clinical development and internal medicine research. In addition to her work at Pfizer, Musante has been actively involved with the International Society of Pharmacometrics since October 2019, serving in various presidencies. Prior experience includes a tenure at Entelos, Inc. and a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Musante earned a PhD in Applied Mathematics from North Carolina State University and a BA in Mathematics from Westfield State University.
