Jim Cafone has extensive work experience in supply chain management and operations. Jim has been with Pfizer since 1993, where they held various leadership positions. From 1993 to 2018, they held roles such as Director of Operations Analysis, Senior Director of Information Management, and Senior Director of Pharma Supply Planning. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing logistics, planning, and information technology initiatives to improve supply chain connectivity. From 2002 to 2003, they served as the Senior Director of North American Supply & Logistics, where they managed distribution centers and supported sales operations. Jim's most recent roles at Pfizer include Vice President of Supply Network Services, Vice President of Supply Operations, and Vice President of Strategy & Business Operations. Jim is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Pfizer.

Jim Cafone completed their education with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Rhode Island in 1988. Jim then obtained an M.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from the same university between 1988 and 1990. Jim later pursued an M.S. in Technology Management from The Wharton School, completing it between 1999 and 2001.
