Rajni Bhaya currently serves as the Director, Global Business Process Training Lead for Statistical Analysis and Reporting at Pfizer, a position held since May 2014. Responsibilities include establishing a training and communication framework and strategizing onboarding and training within the global SPA organization. Previous roles at Pfizer include Secondment focused on training and capabilities in statistical programming, where Rajni created internal training courses related to CDISC and onboarded over 30 interns. Prior to Pfizer, Rajni was a Senior SAS Programmer at ICON plc and held various management roles at Pfizer since 1990, overseeing integration and programming groups. Rajni holds a Graduate Certification in Applied Statistics from Penn State University and a BSC in Computer Science from Hunter College, CUNY.
