Jose Torres

Jose Torres, P.E., MBA, PMP is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Gas Distribution Engineer at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since February 2015. With extensive experience in various engineering roles, Jose's background includes positions as an Engineering Officer in the US Air Force Reserve and prior service as a Combat Engineer and Engineering Officer in the Army National Guard. Additional roles include Water Resources Engineer for the California Department of Water Resources and Assistant Civil Engineer at the California Military Department. Jose began the engineering career as an intern at BKF Engineers and Granite Construction. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of the Pacific.
