Maegan Cowan

Maegan Cowan is an Expert Environmental Policy Specialist on the Climate Resilience Team at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since July 2020. Previously held the title of Senior Corporate Sustainability Representative, where Maegan led sustainability initiatives and ESG disclosures, including the management of the company's Corporate Sustainability Report and the Million Ton Challenge aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Manager and Sustainability Officer at The University of Hong Kong, where Maegan implemented various waste reduction programs and policies, and as a Communication and Product Coordinator at Vegware Hong Kong. Maegan's educational background includes a Master of Science in Environmental Management from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The University of British Columbia.
