Pankil later joined Future Generali India Life Insurance Co as a Manager in the Alternate Channel in Gujarat, overseeing corporate agents and brokers.
Pankil's career then took him to IDFC Asset Management Co. Ltd., where they served as a Vice President, responsible for managing mutual fund, portfolio management services, private equity, and other financial planning solutions for banking and national distributors. Pankil worked with prestigious institutions such as Barclays Wealth, IIFL Wealth, Kotak Wealth, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and others.
Their most recent position was at PGIM India Mutual Fund, where they held the role of Senior Vice President. Prior to this role, they served as Zonal Head for Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh and subsequently as Zonal Head for Gujarat MPC & ROMG.
