Caitlin Morley is an experienced Senior Planner with a strong background in strategic communications and qualitative research. Currently at Phantom since April 2021, Caitlin works on projects for Nando's, Google, and Web3 initiatives. Previously, at Grey London from September 2019 to September 2020, Caitlin led comprehensive communications planning for notable accounts such as Bank of Ireland and M&S Food, resulting in enhanced brand awareness. Earlier experience includes roles at Future Thinking as a Qualitative Research Manager, Leo Burnett Group UK where Caitlin successfully launched McCafé’s new brand positioning, and VCCP, contributing to strategy development for various high-profile brands. Education includes a BA Hons in English Literature from Queen Mary University of London, alongside an International Baccalaureate and IGCSE qualifications completed in various international schools.
