Ethan Hudgins

Ethan Hudgins is a skilled Transportation Planner currently employed at WSP since October 2022. Prior to this role, Ethan served as a Senior Political Mapping Analyst at Redistricting from February 2020 to October 2022 and held a position as a Research Fellow at Open Lunar Foundation, where the focus was on pragmatic zoning policy for the moon. Earlier experience includes working as a Transportation Planner at AECOM and an Urban Planning Intern at Philip Habib and Associates, engaging in environmental analysis for new developments. Additional internships with the Florida Community Design Center and NUE Urban Concepts involved community planning and comprehensive mobility plan development, respectively. Ethan began a career in urban planning as an intern at THE RIVER TO SEA TRANSPORTATION PLANNING ORGANIZATION, contributing to the TPO Annual Report. Ethan holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability & the Built Environment from the University of Florida.
