Nguyen Duc Anh (Daniel) currently serves as a Visiting Lecturer in Law at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam since February 2024 and has held significant legal positions at Pharmacity since May 2021, including Head of Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs, and Vice Chairman of the Trade Union. Daniel is the Managing Partner at A&D Law Firm and previously served as General Counsel for The Legal 500 in Vietnam. Prior experience includes roles as Of Counsel at Dentons LuatViet, Assistant Manager of Compliance at Hoiana, and Manager of Legal & Compliance at TNG Holdings Vietnam. Daniel holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from IEMN-IAE, a Lawyer Training Certificate from the Vietnam Judicial Academy, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies and International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.
