François-Xavier le Nan

François-Xavier LE NAN is an experienced sales manager with a strong track record in the food service sector. Currently serving as Team Manager AE GMS at Phenix since May 2021, François-Xavier leads sales efforts and drives team performance. Previously, at RIANS from September 2016 to April 2021, François-Xavier managed a diverse client portfolio, achieving notable turnover increases across multiple segments. Key accomplishments include growing a 60-client portfolio to a €5M turnover, expanding the Cheesemongers activity to a €3M turnover with a 43% growth, and successfully doubling turnover for short BBE product sales. François-Xavier also has a foundation in sales and marketing from earlier roles, including as a Sales and Marketing Assistant at le marché français.
