Andrew Mace

Andrew Mace is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical program management and operations leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Phenom since March 2021, Andrew oversees the delivery of the Phenom platform, collaborating closely with customers throughout the implementation process. Previous roles include Global Operations Director at Source Group International and SourceChain, where significant process improvements and ROI initiatives were implemented. Andrew founded and led Fidio, a pre-recorded video interviewing platform, and held various leadership positions at Roc Search, including Operations Director and Recruitment Sales Director.
