Annie Chiu-McCabe has extensive experience in educational programming, community partnerships, and arts education. Currently serving as the Educational Programming & Community Partnership Consultant and previously as the Director of Learning and Community Partnerships at Philadelphia Contemporary, Annie has also held roles such as Strategic Planning Consultant for Stronghold Society and Director of Creative Cities Lab Initiatives at Little Giant Creative. Additional experience includes curriculum development for the Institute of Hip Hop Entrepreneurship at Little Giant Media LLC and work with Bloomberg Philanthropies in arts programming. Annie's earlier career involved leadership positions at the University Settlement Society of New York in early childhood education, as well as teaching special education within the NYC Department of Education. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.

Philadelphia Contemporary presents cross-disciplinary art through a dynamic model of collaboration and partnership—co-creating art, anywhere. Since 2016, we have offered a robust program of pop-up exhibitions and performances across the Philadelphia area in collaboration with various partner organizations, while working towards building a new permanent home. Philadelphia Contemporary is a non-profit 501(c)(3).
