Rebecca Ambrose

Rebecca Ambrose serves as the Director of Training and Apprenticeship at Philadelphia Works, Inc., since January 2022, where responsibilities include establishing apprenticeship and training strategies and overseeing budget projections and key performance indicators aligned with organizational goals. Prior to this role, Rebecca was the Director of Customized Training at the NYC Department of Small Business Services from November 2016 to December 2021, successfully managing over 25 training grants annually and fostering strong relationships with business stakeholders. Earlier experience includes Project Manager and Production Manager positions at Rizzoli International Publications, where Rebecca managed the production lifecycle of numerous book projects, and holds various editorial roles at BOMB Magazine and The University Star. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in General Studies with concentrations in Photography, Mass Communication, and Business Administration from Texas State University.
