Ashish Gode has extensive work experience in the mechanical and maintenance fields. Ashish is currently serving as the Head of Central Reliability & Engineering at PCBL Limited since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager Mechanical and Projects at JSW Steel from November 2021 to March 2022. From April 2013 to November 2021, they held the position of Head of Maintenance & Projects at JCAPCPL - JV Tata Steel & Nippon Steel. Ashish also worked as a Senior Manager at Thyssenkrupp Electrical Steels India Limited from July 2011 to April 2013. Before that, they served as a Maintenance Manager at JSW Steel Ltd from April 2007 to June 2011. Ashish began their career as a Senior Engineer at Lloyds Steel Ind. Ltd in February 2004, and later joined JSW Vallabh Tinplate Pvt Limited (Ex Vardhaman Steel) as a Senior Engineer from September 1999 to February 2004.

Ashish Gode has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration in Operations Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (2007-2009) and a Bachelor's Degree in BE - Mechanical from Nagpur University (1995-1999). Ashish also has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Karamvir Dadasaheb Kannamwar Engineering College, Nandanvan (1995-1999) and a 10+2 degree in Science from Vidya Mandir Koradi (1993-1995). Ashish Gode also has additional certifications in Internal Auditor - IATF from IR Class (November 2017) and Reliability Centered Maintenance from Relia Soft.

PCBL, a part of RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, was set up by Mr. K. P. Goenka in 1960. The company started production at Durgapur with a production capacity of 14,000 MT per annum. As PCBL celebrated its diamond jubilee in 2020, it has been playing a pioneering role in the carbon black industry for over six decades, with a current production capacity of 6,86,000 MT per annum and generating 110 MW per hour of green power. Today, PCBL is the largest carbon black manufacturer in India and a strong global player with a significant customer base in 45+ countries.
