Kellie Schroeder

Kellie Schroeder is an experienced professional in academic support and service coordination. Currently serving as the Library Access Service Coordinator at Phillips Exeter Academy since January 2025, Kellie previously held the position of Special Programs Coordinator at Northern Essex Community College from September 2012 to January 2025, where responsibilities included creating inclusive feedback spaces for students and designing inter-departmental workshops that enhanced student retention and performance. Additionally, Kellie shared insights from a unique cross-country homeschooling experience as a blogger for Road Scholars in 2008. Earlier in the career, Kellie worked as Public Relations Manager at BJ's Wholesale Club from 1995 to 1998, where outstanding achievements included a significant increase in Earned Media Value. Kellie holds a Bachelor of Science degree, graduating summa cum laude in Business, Management, and Marketing from the University of Rhode Island, along with a minor in Spanish from Universidad de Granada.
