Flora Moreira serves as Vice President of Human Resources at PHINIA since July 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles such as Director of HR & Global Talent Development at BorgWarner Inc. from October 2017 to July 2023. Prior to this, Flora held senior HR management positions, including Sr. Human Resources Manager for the Americas and North America at BorgWarner, and HR Manager at BorgWarner Emissions Systems Portugal. Earlier career experiences include HR managerial roles at Leoni and Valeo, as well as a Training Manager position at Cablinal. Flora's education includes a post-graduation in Human Resources from Universidade do Minho, a degree in Human Resources from ESEIG - Instituto Politécnico do Porto, and advanced programs in Business Management and Human Resources from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
