Luis Valles is an experienced engineering professional with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Cd. Juarez (1991-1997). Currently serving as Manager of Product and Validation Engineering at PHINIA since July 2023, Luis has previously held significant roles including Product Engineering Supervisor at BorgWarner Inc. (October 2020 - July 2023) and Delphi Technologies (July 2012 - October 2020). At Delphi, responsibilities included leading the Evap Canister Engineering team and overseeing manufacturing system design and validation. Luis has also held various positions at Delphi Automotive Systems, focusing on product engineering, manufacturing engineering, and project management, contributing to significant improvements in production, quality processes, and new product introductions.
