Helen Burkhart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in membership management, research, and public engagement within the cultural and historic sectors. Currently serving as the Membership Manager at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens since February 2022, Helen previously held various roles including Research Assistant & Editor at Heritage Consulting Inc., where significant contributions were made to the "National Survey of Heritage Funding and Incentive Programs: Opportunities for Oregon." Additional experience includes managing membership and annual giving programs at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, overseeing public engagement activities at the Independence Seaport Museum, and supporting early childhood programs at Germantown Jewish Centre. Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Temple University and a Master of Arts in History from Villanova University.
