Tanner Mullen

Tanner Mullen is an experienced professional in emergency management and disaster preparedness, currently serving as Membership Manager for Region X at Team Rubicon since April 2015. In this role, Tanner is responsible for updating training and certification records for volunteers and coordinating their availability with regional leaders. Previous positions include Project Lead for the Alberta Street/Concordia Neighborhood Resiliency Program, Simulation Center Manager at Concordia University Portland, and various instructional and business development roles at Northwest Renewable Energy Institute. Tanner has also served as a Service Technician at Vestas, a Firefighter with the Garden City Fire Department, and has military experience as a Gunnersmate in the US Navy. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness from Concordia University-Portland and an Associate’s Degree in Cybersecurity/Networking from Mt. Hood Community College.
