Neal Winters is an experienced electronics technician and former avionics instructor with a comprehensive background in military and technical training. Currently serving as Electronics Technician II at Phoenix Defense, LLC since July 2025, Neal previously held a similar role at Advanced IT Concepts, contributing to the US Army Aviation Center of Excellence's Maintenance Program. With a 13-year tenure in the US Army, Neal specialized in avionics instruction and training development while also performing maintenance on aviation communication and navigation systems. Prior experience includes senior account management roles in the hospitality industry, showcasing strong skills in client relations and logistical coordination, coupled with a foundational military service background as a Combat Medic. Neal holds a BA in General Studies with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Professional in Human Resources® certification.
