Leann McCabe-Chiappone has extensive experience in the field of substance abuse treatment and counseling. Leann holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University and a BA in Psychology from SUNY Old Westbury. Leann has held various roles such as Vice President, Regional Director, and Director in patient access at Phoenix House. Additionally, Leann has worked as a CASAC at the Town of Babylon and as a CTS at YAI Network. Leann also completed an internship in Marriage & Family Counseling at Family Service League.

Phoenix Houses of NY&LI provides individuals suffering from substance use disorders with the evidence-based care they deserve and require in settings that respect their privacy and dignity. They offer treatments for chronic diseases such as diabetes, but there are no quick fixes or easy cures for addiction. They offer individual counselling,group counselling, holistic treatment, buprenorphine for the treatment of opioid use disorder, healthy dining, workout facilities, and yoga classes.
